Exeter City Council's chief executive says the local authority needs to become better at explaining what it's doing for council taxpayers.
Speaking on Radio Exe's new show, The Diner, Mr Hassan says Exeter's doing well, but there are tough challenges ahead as the council seeks ways to save money - following a cut in Government funding.
