The amount of taxpayers' money being spent by Teignbridge council on redundancy pay-offs and pensions has been criticised by a local councillor.
A report going before councillors today, claims that savings will be made from a management re-structuring process launched by the Conservative run local authority.
But an appendix to the report reveals that the pay-offs amount to nearly 300 thousand pounds, while pension costs add up to almost 220 thousand.
