Police in Exeter say a reorganision of their neighbourhood teams will help them in a new crackdown on anti-social behaviour.
They'll be tackling graffiti and vehicle crime in particular.... along with alcohol-related violence and disorder.
New shift patterns will strengthen their presence as well as enabling them to work more closely with local authority officials in the relevant council wards.
