Devon and Cornwall's police and crime commissioner is calling on the public to help fight alcohol abuse and binge drinking.
This week Tony Hogg also gave his support to the police anti-drink drive campaign for the festive season... but claims there are wider issues. He says if people aren't happy with the drink-fuelled anti-social behaviour they see in their town and city centres, they should make their concerns known....
