It's emerged that more than 22 thousand people attended services and concerts at Exeter Cathedral over the Christmas period.
On Christmas day itself, more than 14 hundred came to the various services.
But every Christmas service saw a bigger congregation than last year, adding up to an overall 13 per cent rise.
