Woman taken to hospital
Traffic came to a standstill in the morning rush hour when the bike and a car collided on Topsham Road, at the junction with Burnthouse Lane. It took more than three hours to clear the scene.
The cyclist was taken to the nearby Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital but there's no update on her condition.
