People in Exeter, whose bin was missed last thursday or friday because of the weather conditions, won't have them collected for a fortnight.
The city council say they won't be making special trips to empty them. They'll collect them on 15th or 16th March.
Meanwhile Teignbridge, East Devon and Mid Devon Councils will be catching up this week.
