An Exeter cakeshop full of drab grey creations is raising awareness of an often taboo issue today.
The Depressed Cake Shop is part of a national initiative to get people talking about mental health issues.
The Cakeadoodledoo shop, near the cathedral, is displaying shelves full of grey cakes which represent the way depression or other mental health difficulties 'colour' people's perception and subdue their true character.
The cakes are colourful inside - representing the sufferer's true personality and spark - and taste like any other delicious cupcake.
