Devon and Cornwall Police have thanked "the vast majority of fans" at yesterday's Devon derby between Exeter City and Plymouth Argyle for being well-behaved.
A minority attempted to cause trouble after the match, leading to three arrests; Exeter supporters were delayed while officers dispersed troublemakers.
160 officers were involved in the operation, including mounted police from South Wales.
