A recycling centre near Crediton has reopened after being closed following the discovery of dumped maritime flares.
The Punchbowl tip was shut yesterday after the discovery of one and a half kilos of explosives in a box...The police were called in and confirmed they were flares from a boat.
They were taken away to be disposed of and the site is open again.
