The Prime Minister is being called on to help ensure that an Exeter-based centre safeguarding children from abuse on the Internet continues to receive European funding.
The centre removes illegal online child pornography and also promotes safe use of the Internet and operates a helpline from its base in Exeter.
For the last five years it's received an EU grant but that's now run out and may not be renewed because of budget cuts.
Local member of the European parliament Graham Watson has persuaded his colleagues to recognise the centre's importance.. and is urging David Cameron to throw his weight behind it when the funding decisions are made.
