A court hearing takes place later today .... to attempt to evict a woman who's made the lives of her neighbours in Exwick a misery.
Earlier this month 24 year old Shantelle Bennett admitted three counts of contravening a noise abatement notice, by playing loud music at her flat in Rydal Mews on Windermere Close.
She was also convicted of an assault last year and drugs have been found at her flat.
Police are now seeking a closure order on her flat, which will ban her and the other tenant for up to three months.
If she appeals against the closure order hearing at Exeter magistrates court a trial will be held next month.
