It was closed whilst a bridge was stuck in the air
Devon County Council says both bridges opened earlier today (Wednesday 11th March) to let a vessel through.
However, the bascule bridge was stuck open because of a hydraulic issue.
The road was closed inbound for a time, but re-opened at around 1.30pm.
