Exeter City Council say they will try to avoid traffic chaos, whilst the bus station site is redeveloped next year.
The site is due to close in the Spring of 2017, and £400,000 has been set aside for the temporary arrangements, with passengers picked up and dropped off nearby.
There will be nine stops on Sidwell Street, five in Paris Street and one in Cheeke Street.
Phil Bialyk the councillor who's in charge of the scheme, says they are doing the best they can to keep traffic moving next year.
