The club's announced an upturn in people through the gates at St James Park has helped.
The club were placed under a transfer embargo earlier this year for taking out a loan with the Professional Footballers Association.
That was lifted at the end of August.
In a statement...the club said "Everyone involved in Exeter City would like to thank all of our fans for your support throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our final home game of 2014 when we welcome back former Grecians Paul Buckle and Rob Edwards to St James Park on Boxing Day, along with their Cheltenham Town squad."
