More and more people in the Exeter area are so short of money, they're in danger of losing their homes.
There's been an increase of 20 per cent in the number of repossession orders listed at the county court in the three months to December last year, compared with the last quarter of 2011.
Exeter Citizens Advice Bureau has an adviser at the court for all repossession hearings and in 85 per cent of cases, has been able to prevent the person involved from losing their home.
