The Exeter 'Ignite' Festival of Theatre is getting underway today.
The 14 day event is a celebration of new live performance work from the South West and further afield.
For many performers it'll provide an ideal opportunity to preview their Edinburgh fringe shows.
Many local venues are being used including the Oddfellows, Rusty Bike, Bike Shed Theatre, the Northcott and Phoenix.
