He's been on the run for six months
The Exeter speedboat killer's handed himself into police after six months on the run.
31-year old Jack Shepherd, who used to live on the outskirts of the city towards Moretenhampsted's due to serve a six year sentence for the manslaughter of a woman he'd taken on a date on the River Thames.
He was found guilty in his absence and has been in the Georgian capital of Tblisi since then.
Despite his conviction, he claims he's not guilty of killing Charlotte Brown in 2015.
