An office building is on fire in Exeter city centre.
Six fire crews were called out to the blaze in an office building in Southernhay.
The alarm was raised at about 7.30 this morning after smoke was seen coming from the Pertemps building in Southernhay West near the junction with Barnfield Road.
The initial fire crews who attended found part of the building well alight and requested back-up from Topsham, Exmouth and Crediton.
An aerial platform is also at the scene.
