Devon's fire service is urging people to be extra aware of the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning, after the deadly gas killed three members of the same family in Cornwall this week.
The gas is invisible and odourless.. and builds up slowly to a very dangerous level.
The Devon and Somerset fire and rescue service says anyone using a fuel-burning appliance should install a carbon monoxide detector.
