17-year-old Callum Heath died in crash
Chudleigh Athletic Football Club says everyone there is devastated at the loss of one of their young players in a crash near Kingsteignton on Monday.
Callum Heath, 17, was a passenger in a Jaguar that was in a collision with another vehicle around 5.45 p.m. The 27-year-old driver of the vehicle also died. A 62-year-old driver of a second Jaguar has life-changing injuries.
Posting on Facebook, the football club sent its "thoughts and prayers to Callum's family and friends at the terrible time" and is offering to support to players and supporters. Tuesday's training session was cancelled because of the news.
A fundraising page has been set up in his memory. It has already more than doubled its original target.
