Two projects designed to boost economic growth and create jobs in Exeter have been offered loans to help them move forward.
The Exeter Science Park has been offered four and a half million pounds towards the cost of its flagship Centre, which will provide accommodation for research and development businesses.
Meanwhile the Matford Green Business Park has also been offered half a million pounds to fund the electricity capacity needed to power another development.... which will house shops and leisure and education facilities.
The loans are being put up by the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership..
