Police are looking for a gang who assaulted a man in an unprovoked attack in an Exeter park.
The 25-year-old victim was sitting on a bench in Cowick Playing Fields last Thursday night after a cycle ride when he was knocked unconscious in an unprovoked assault.
He suffered a black eye, a cut to the head, a split lip and he lost some teeth.
Four or five men who had approached him ran out of the park towards the St Thomas area.
One suspect - wearing high-viz gloves - is in his late teens or early 20s, 6 feet tall, stocky and spoke with a northern accent.
Another suspect is described as small and wearning tracksuit bottoms.
