Silver and coins too
Seven gold bars have been stolen from a property in Hatherleigh.
They were among a number of items which also included two silver bars and 20 gold sovereign coins in a small purple zip-up purse.
The burglary took place between Thursday 12 June and Monday 16 June.
Police want anyone who has witnessed attempts to sell any of these items at pawn shops, auctioneers, jewellers or similar, or anyone who may have information that may help the police identify suspects.
