There's a warning that changes to Government housing policy will lead to a dramatic fall in the number of affordable homes built in Devon's rural areas.
Sites comprising fewer than 10 homes will no longer be subject to planning obligations, requiring the developer to provide low-cost housing units or other community facilities.
Devon Communities Together works with developers and local councils to get affordable homes built in rural areas - and says this will definitely make that job harder.
