A woman in her sixties has been left shaken after her handbag was snatched in broad daylight in Tiverton.
The incident happened in the West Exe South area at twenty five past four yesterday.
Two girls, aged sixteen and eighteen, have been arrested and are in police custody.
Officers are asking for the public's help in finding the woman's brown purse.
