The health secretary has been on a flying visit to East Devon.
Matt Hancock was at Ottery St Mary's Hospital with Sir Hugo Swire, the MP for East Devon.
He dropped in on his way back to London after a visit to Plymouth.
It's not known why he was visiting the building.
