A study's found the survival rate of patients who suffer heart attacks at Exeter's RD&E hospital is double the national average.
Thirty-seven per cent of cardiac arrest patients last year survived, compared to 18 per cent nationally.
The figure applies to those who went into cardiac arrest at the hospital and were treated by the resuscitation team.
The hospital says it's worked hard to strengthen resuscitation training and procedures.
