The property market in the south west is continuing to recover, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
It says the number of homes being sold in the region is at its highest level since February 2008.
Prices are also continuing to rise - and the Government's Help to Buy scheme has led to an increase in enquiries from new buyers.
The RICS says nearly half its members expect the number of sales to increase further in the next three months, and 36 per cent think prices will continue to rise.
