The number of private and housing association tenants in Exeter who're unable to pay their rent seems to be on the increase.
There's been an increase in repossession actions listed at Exeter county court - those brought by housing associations are up by 12 per cent, and those brought by landlords by seven per cent.
In most cases the Citizens' Advice Bureau manages to prevent them losing their homes.
