The company behind Exeter's new retail and leisure development on the site of the bus station says it'll create around 750 jobs.
A planning application for the shops, restaurants, cinema and public spaces is going before the city council next week.
The Princesshay Partnership says the construction will generate up to 350 jobs, with a further 400 once it's finished.
