Hundreds of people in Exmouth have taken to the streets today in protest at plans to redevelop the town's seafront.
It was this week announced that the proposed costs for the Queens Drive Development had more than doubled to £3.1 million, with many local people saying they have not been consulted enough about the plans.
Bulldozers moved in last month to start demolishing some of the attractions there.
Save Exmouth Seafront were behind this morning's protest and their spokesperson Lousie MacAllister says many people feel the process has been surrounded by secrecy.
