An Exeter man who injured himself at work and had to claim benefits says the current welfare system puts up far too many obstacles.
Max Hall says he had to see 33 different doctors in order to claim the benefits he was entitled to when he became unable to continue in his job.
He was eventually helped by the Citizens Advice Bureau, who also advised him and his wife on the debts they were running up during their struggle.
