Exeter's not particularly happy if it takes away shoppers from the city. But a planned complex off the M5 is good news, says Tiverton & Honiton MP
Plans to build a leisure and tourism complex off the M5 near Tiverton have been backed by the local MP.
The development could include shops, concert hall and cinema... and create four thousand jobs.
The plans have been criticised by Exeter City Council and MP Ben Bradshaw who claim that the development would harm businesses in Exeter.
But Tiverton and Honiton MP Neil Parish thinks the city can hold its own..... and that the Tiverton area deserves its own retail and leisure destination..
