35-year-old man released under investigation
A 35-year-old man from Barnstaple has been arrested after a range of items has been recovered which is suspected to be stolen property near Bideford.
An investigation has begun in the Northam area after the items went missing between 4:50pm and 11:20pm on Saturday 14 August. The man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and has been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.
Police would like to return the stolen property to their rightful owners.
Among the items were several pieces of jewellery. Anyone who's lost this type of property is encouraged to contact the police.
