Army reservists based in Exeter are among the first in the country to be using a new military weapons system.
The Future Infantry Soldier Technology will be rolled out across the Army over the next five years.
But 6th Battalion, The Rifles, based at Wyvern Barracks, are already familiarising themselves with it, so that they can operate alongside their paired regular unit 1st Battalion, The Rifles.
