Two emergency crews put out a fire in the centre of Exeter last night.
It broke out in a terraced house in Howell Road.
It's believed to have been caused by a cooker in the kitchen area.
There was some smoke damage.
There was a similar incident at a property in Vale Road in Exmouth.
