NHS staff in Exeter have joined a national strike today.
They're angry the government's refusing to give all staff a 1 percent wage rise, which was recommended by an independent pay review body.
Nurses, midwives, porters and security staff from the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, as well as paramedics and ambulance staff took industrial action.
