The NHS in Exeter and mid and east Devon is calling on local people to report back on the services they receive..
The clinical commissioning group for the area says it wants to hear about any problems or shortcomings so that they can be tackled.
The CCG also wants to hear ideas on how it can encourage healthy lifestyles which prevent people becoming ill or unfit.
