An Exeter man has been described as Britain's kindest traffic warden.
Instead of trying to dish out as many parking tickets as possible, 62 year old John Lacey tries to help people avoid them.
John, who works in East Devon, waits for people to get change for ticket machines, turns a blind eye to minor offences and even picks up litter on the streets he patrols.
