Library users are being urged to make their voices heard on the future of Devon's smaller branches in the next couple of weeks.
The county council's consultation on them ends on July 17th.
In some cases including Colyton, volunteers are working with the council to find ways of cutting costs and keeping their local library going.
But the public services union UNISON fears there will be closures, cuts in opening hours and job losses - and is calling on the public to oppose any of these measures.
