Magistrates in Exeter have ordered a woman to leave her home after complaints about very loud music.
Shantelle Bennett, from Rydal Mews, Windermere Close in Exwick, consistently broke the terms of a noise abatement order and the city council and police asked Central Devon magistrates to evict her.
The bench was told that she regularly played music very loudly late at night and local residents couldn't sleep.
Miss Bennett is expected to leave the property this morning - it will then be boarded up.
