A prisoner has been charged with the murder of an inmate at Exeter Prison.

James Desborough, who's 39 and of Lower Sticker in Cornwall, is accused of killing 65-year-old Stephen Kemper.

Mr Kemper was found dead in his cell on Monday morning (September 15). His next of kin have been informed.
