Tiverton hit and run accused in court
Detectives have charged a man in connection with an ongoing investigation into a collision between a group of men and a car on Sunday 22 July on Fore Street in Tiverton.
Charlie Waite, 22, from Tiverton, has been charged with attempted murder and appeared at Exeter Magistrates Court on Saturday 28 July.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Exeter Crown Court on 30 August.
