Youngsters safe after being located in North Devon
A man will appear in court in Barnstaple on Friday charged with two counts of child abduction.
It follows an incident in East Cornwall this week when police asked for help in tracking down a vehicle amid concern for the welfare of its occupants
They were located safely in North Devon on Wednesday morning.
A 37-year-old from Lincolnshire will face at Barnstaple Magistrates’ Court.
