An HIV-positive man has been found guilty of sexual offences against a 16 year old boy from Exeter.
Paul Stother, from Bristol, was found guilty of one rape and one assualt charge at Exeter Crown Court, but acquitted of two other counts and sentenced to eight years in prison.
His victim, now 17, who can't be named for legal reasons, was assaulted in May 2011 in Northernhay Gardens. He didn't contract HIV as a result of the attack.
