Emergency services were called at around 7am on Monday 21st May following reports a white van had collided with the barrier at the side of the road between the airport junction and the Daisymount junction.
One of the passengers sustained possible life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Three other people who were in the van have serious injuries.
