A van driver has been airlifted to hospital following the collision just before 7am.
The van and a car were involved in the incident on the A38 southbound at Kennford just passed the Partridge cycle shop.
The van left the carriageway and went into a hedge and the Land Rover overturned.
The man was been flown by air ambulance to Derriford hospital in Plymouth.
