Police are searching for a man wanted for recall to prison, who may be in Exeter.
23 year old Corey Soper has connections with the city but also other parts of Devon and Cornwall.
He was originally charged with theft, but has failed to comply with the conditions of his license as part of his probation.
He has the word ‘ELLA’ tattooed on his right hand and further tattoos on his left forearm.
