Air ambulance crews attended the incident
A 25-year-old man has life changing injuries following a crash near Cullompton.
Emergency services were called to the two vehicle collision involving an Audi and a Scania at Langford at around 12.30pm on Friday 26 July.
Police as well as teams from South Western Ambulance Service, Devon Air Ambulance and fire crews attended the incident.
The road was closed for around five hours to allow a forensic examination to take place.
Officers from Devon and Cornwall's roads policing team are asking for any witnesses to call 101 quoting number 333 of 26 July.
